Note on Cookies & Tracking
This website is optimized for data minimization. We exclusively use technically necessary resources and avoid analytics tools, ad tracking, or consent-requiring cookies altogether. Therefore, no cookie banner is required on this site.
Introduction and Overview
We have compiled this privacy policy (version 02.07.2026) to inform you in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws about how we process personal data as data controllers and what legal options you possess.
Scope of Application
This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed within our business (pursuant to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR), such as name, email address, and postal address collected through our website or communication channels.
Server Log Files
For operational security, the hosting provider collects access data and stores server log files. These files are kept for 28 days and subsequently deleted (legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Statistical evaluations provided by the host contain no IP addresses.
Local Visit Statistics (Anonymous)
To optimize our website and measure reach, we use a self-hosted, strictly counter-based page hit counter. Only total access numbers for subpages are captured and aggregated. At no point are IP addresses, cookies, or personal user data collected, saved, or processed. Individual visitor identification is technically impossible.
Legal Grounds
- Consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR): E.g., when contacting us via form.
- Contract Performance (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR): For project and order handling.
- Legal Obligation (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR): E.g., statutory tax retention duties.
- Legitimate Interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR): To ensure technical site security.
